ScheduleOnce is an online appointment scheduling application that serves tens of thousands of customers worldwide. The performance and uptime of our systems are of crucial importance and since people all over the globe rely on our availability, we cannot afford even a the slightest downtime. We have been monitoring our servers with a number of other systems and were not happy with their usability and pricing and we decided to search for a new solution. We evaluated a number of vendors but they were either too expensive or not professional enough to rely on. When we found Webcron.org and saw the pricing model we immediately liked it - We pay for what we use and don't need to fit ourselves into an expensive plan. When we signed up and saw how easy and clear things were we were even more delighted. We setup some monitors in a number of minutes, setup SMS notifications and it all worked like a charm.
